Okay - I tried something new for dinner last night.
With little in the house to work with - I went in search on the internet for a new recipe.
I found something called Beefy Cornbread Casserole.
I am always a little nervous when I am making something new, because I'm never sure how it will turn out...and I don't want to turn my family off from my adventurous side.
Anyway - I made that dish, some garlic mashed potatoes (as a redeeming dish) and some green beans. Well...everyone LOVED it!!!! They all went back for seconds!
I was so happy!
