New Year & New Beginnings

It has been awhile since my last post, time has just gotten away from me! I hope you all had a wonderful New Years! The family and I spent it with some dear friends, the Stramecki's, and we actually stayed up till midnight - it was a lot of fun!

























I am not a sports fan, but I went to my brother's house on Sunday to hang out with the family as they watched the Chargers game. I like to learn what I can about football as we are watching, and I ask a lot of questions. It was so much fun though to watch everyone get so excited.


























Well, I don't know about you, but I am really excited about this new year! 2008 was a long year and full of many changes and challenges for us. It wasn't a very 'fun' year, but I am truly thankful for it because I feel that we are in a better place today because of everything we went through. We moved into a larger home, J changed jobs, which changed our home church, and we experienced the pain of a miscarriage. Change is never easy, but coming through on the other side of it is always rewarding! I am very thankful for all of it!
