I'm like a little kid!!!

Okay, I know it's goofy but it sure is FUN!!!

I added a pinball game to my blog. It's really small and hard to see but it brought out the little kid in me. It was so much fun!!! :D

Okay, on to other things.
We spent almost four hours in the dental office today as Kirstie and Kyle had check ups and cleanings. It was a long time, but I am so thankful for this work getting done, and the insurance to pay for it! They received fillings ... well Kirstie did Kyle's mouth was cavity free! ... sealants and a cleaning. Next for them is BRACES! Weird I know, but they are each super excited about it! :D

Jaxon has been sitting up lately. I am so proud of him, it is so cute. He isn't the most steady yet, but he sure likes to practice. He has been sitting on the bed, couch, and the floor. Sometimes he'll get so excited and bounce, little bounces, with a big smile on his face. He will usually hold himself steady and not fall over ... but there are those occasions when he will.

He also likes to hang out in the kitchen with me while I am cooking. I'll bring in a blanket for the floor and lay him on it. He'll play and talk and roll, as he watches me work. Thankfully he isn't rolling off of the blanket yet, but I know it won't be long until he is. His other favorite place to hang out is in his big sister's room ... he'll lay in there and talk to her, even if she is paying more attention to her text books! ;o)

Well, I'd better get going, Jax needs to be put to sleep.

Trying to stay awake

Sometimes Jax just doesn't like to go to sleep. He'll play, talk, or fuss just so he won't fall asleep.
Thankfully last night was a play time ... enjoy.

Sick, sick, sick

Well the family has been sick for a couple of weeks now. I thought I was going to escape it ... but not this time. I finally came down with it on Friday and have been down since. (Today is Monday).

So, yesterday I stayed home from church with Jax. Thankfully he has been so good. We had a good time, all things considered.

By the time the family got home Jax was ready for some real interaction time. Poor kid, mommy has been so boring lately and he was just aching for people to pay attention to him! LOL

All in all it was a good day!!!

52 Week Project 7

We had a four day weekend, the whole family was looking forward to it ... then half of us ended up sick!!!! Bummer!

So, on Monday, Jax, Kyle and I hung out outside for a little bit. I threw a blanket down for Jax - he LOVES to be outside - while I took pictures of some things. It was really nice to be out. Then Kyle took my camera and got some great shots as well! She has a great eye!!! I think I am going to post those on my FB ... ??? We'll see.

Okay, I know most of my shots have been of kids ... what can I say ... I am surrounded by them, and I love them. I had another idea for this weeks shot, but the weather hasn't been cooperating with me. Maybe next week.

52 Week Project 5

It's hard for me to believe it's been five weeks already! Where does the time go!?!?!?

This is my niece Shelby, I thought this was a very cute picture. Had fun taking it also ... it was just before she started to really cry. ;o) Which was a nice change for me, cause it's usually Jax who is throwing a fit! LOL
